About the author

Andrew Smart is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Manigent, a specialist business and technology consultancy.

He is also the originator of the Risk-based performance methodology and has spent the last 10 years delivering performance and risk management solutions in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is a Professional member of the Institute of Operational Risk.

    Ben Bernanke - The Crisis and the Policy Response

    Ben Bernanke, an acknowledged expert in the 1930's depression and current Chairman of the Federal Reserve delivered a lecture in memory of Josiah Charles Stamp, an alumnus and former governor of London School of Economics.

    The speech 'The Crisis and the Policy Response' gives insight to emerging thinking around the Credit Crisis and potential policy responses that we may see in the UK.
