Recently, the person behind the Risk-Based Performance Management methodology, Andrew Smart, undertook a project in Nigeria with a market leading Insurance firm, Law Union and Rock. Andrew was providing subject matter expertise around Enterprise Risk Management alongside Manigent partners, Kedari Capital.
